We Ship to the shipping address listed in your order, please ensure the address is correct to prevent any shipping delays or errors.
Incomplete shipping addresses will result in return mail to sender – additional shipping cost will be imposed for reshipping.
(Pre-order Books Shipping Time): Books purchased from 1st Sept onwards,
Books will be delivered starting from 1st Nov, transit times as stated
(Live Sales Book Shipping Time) Books purchased from 1st November onwards
Books will be shipped as per the transit time stated
Email Address and Contact numbers are required to facilitate delivery

If you discover that a mistake has been made to your address, after payment.

Returns and Refunds are based on a case to case basis
Refund method will be via original mode of payment only.
Cancellation of orders is not allowed. Please review your order carefully before placing your order, once orders are placed, we are not able to modify or cancel it.
